Delivery & Return Policy

  • Local Home Delivery: Ships within one business day. Delivers 1-3 working days after shipment notification email (online tracking via Morning Express or third party courier). 

  • Economy Local Home Delivery: Ship out once per week only. Delivers 7-10 working days after ordering
  • Covering zones of Tung Chung, Lantau, Hospitals, Chek Lap Kok, Airport, Disney, Ma Wan, 

    Island- Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma, Mui Wo, Tai O
    Free Delivery upon 300HKD

  • Self Pickup - Smart Lockers / Circle K: Customers can pick up at assigned Alfred Locker, SF EF locker or Circle K store.
    Delivers 2-4 working days after shipment notification email

  • Self Pickup HK Postal Office Delivery: Ship out once per week only. Delivers 7-10 working days after ordering
Pickup from any postal office in Hong Kong. Each postal office has their own opening hours.

  • Overseas Delivery: Ships within one business day. Delivers 2-6 working days after shipment notification email  (subject to destination custom clearances at the time of shipping) 
  • Online tracking via UPS 
  • Express Shipping costs starts from ~30 USD / 25 GBP 
  • Stress Free Delivery, Can be quicker than your regular Amazon delivery (exclude Amazon Prime/ same day delivery services)


  1. During ordering, please indicate the Receiver's name, address, contact number, and shipping location. Any changes may affect shipping time.
  2. If the receiver cannot pickup within the agreed time, any additional fees would be bore by the receiver.
  3. The customer's contact will be passed to the shipping service for delivery arrangements only.
  4. The customer should read all above terms before payment. Once payment has been completed, it is assumed that customer agrees to all above shipping terms.
  5. Product's colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
  6. Actual products' size may have 2% difference.
  7. For safety reason, all medical products cannot be returned once customer received the product.
  8. Once an order is confirmed, the order cannot be refunded, modified or cancelled unless there is a problem with the quality of the product, or the product item or quantity does not match the order.
  9. If there is any problem with the product quality, or the product item or quantity does not match the order, customer should contact our customer service via email hello@medcross.co or Whatsapp (852) 6348 1092 within 14 days after receipt and provide the order You should also provide us with your order number, the product name, photos and quantity for our follow-up and record. Once the product quality is confirmed as defective item, we will base on the related order's item to exchange the product.
  10. In case of disputes, Medcross reserves the rights of final decision.
